The Airport.

The airport is very near of the city. You can get to the city by bus, taxi or train. Taxi is around 25 euros. If you want to take a taxi there is a taxi stop near the house (neightbourhood map).

There is also a bus but I recoment you the train. It is confortable, fast (13 minutes) and always on time. The station is a bit far from the airport, and when you get to Málaga you have to walk a little bit, but it is just 1,30 euros...You can know easyly when in the next train. From the airport or from Malaga center, it is always at 0 minutes or 30 minutes (for example 19:30 or 20:00).

Your stop in Málaga in "Malaga centro alameda" (the last stop). Don´t leave it in "Malaga central" (is the main station but far from home). And be cerefully in the airport station. Trains come in 2 direcctions, to Fuengirola (west villages) or to Málaga (this is your train). It is a bit confusing and they use to be at the station at the same time. Renember: train to Málaga (sit in the station, it comes from the right side).

This is a map from the Malaga centro station to the house. It is the long way (just a bit more) but nicer.

Beaches near Málaga

There are some beaches near the city, in the east side (Malagueta, easy to get by walk) and in the west side (better to go by bicycle).

This is the walking way to the east beach . I draw some different walking path. If you take the bicycle you can follow to the east because it is full of beaches and it is a very nice place.

And the west side beaches (Misericordia, Hueling, etc...) . I think you can enjoy in the restaurant near the sea. They are traditionals and the fishes there are fresh and cheap. A good  place to have dinner after a beach time.
